Reference
české dráhy a. s.
For České dráhy a. s. we carried out a periodic overhaul of 16 wagons in a project implemented from August 2020 to February 2022. The repairs included bodywork blasting, complete bodywork corrosion repair, car wall lining and application of LAK I. The project also included interior renovation, bogie inspections and battery replacement. We also renovated the toilet cubicles. The result of these modifications is an improvement in the condition of the fleet.
Cooperation between 4RAIL and ČD also comprises necessary repairs of vehicles after accidents or violent damage. For the 810 series motor car, we provided repairs to a crash-damaged driver’s cab, snow plough, damaged car floor, driver’s station, car interior, damaged elements under the car frame, boarding doors and LAK II of the car cabinet including descriptions.
ŠKODA Transportation
Repair of the single-deck 20Ev units for ŠKODA Transportation is being carried out during 2023. For 48 vehicles, we have blasted the aluminium vehicle bodywork and repaired its welds. We applied LAK I, Terroson anti-vibration spray to the floors of the vehicles and took partial care of the assembly work in the interior of the vehicles (floor supports and internal ceiling insulation).
