Slovak Railways

For Slovak Railways we have provided maintenance of DDM type freight wagons. We inspected the bogies and brake equipment, removed the old paintwork with sandblasting and applied new LAK I. We inspected the tow bars and bumpers to make sure that they meet safety standards.

Spedition Kübler GmbH

Sleeper car Dienstümh472 015-6 belonging to the company Spedition Kübler GmbH required a complete overhaul and repair of the bogies, removal of the old paintwork and application of a new coating of LAK I. We also carried out complete dismantling of the interior of the car and renovated the kitchen and lounge area including the WC. The contract also included the renovation and expansion of the sleeping compartments, installation of new insulation, manufacture of new walls and, above all, removal of health-hazardous asbestos insulation.

skanska construction company

One of our contracts for Skanska Construction Company entailed the renovation of four sleeper cars of various sizes. We completely dismantled the interior of the cars and renovated them according to the client’s requirements. We expanded the sleeping compartments and replaced windows and frames, including window and door sealing rubbers. The order included complete blasting of the old paintwork, repair of the corroded housing and application of a new coat of LAK I.

We also cooperate with Skanska Construction Company on repairs and renovation of special vehicles (tampers or gravel ploughs). We provide cleaning of cars from construction material, cutting, grinding and preparation for LAK II layers. We can provide paint protection for equipment as well as hand painting of smaller, harder to reach areas.
